Corporate Overview 13 Our Corporate Directions 2003-2005 DCIS mission:- we aim to support our customers by providing valued and innovative corporate and information solutions. Key Objectives and Corporate Strategies DCIS takes a balanced scorecard approach to corporate management ensuring that the budget bottom line is achieved whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and motivated, productive staff. These Corporate Directions came into effect on 1 July 2003 to focus on the strategic directions of the agency for 2003 2005. For more detail refer to corporate governance at page 78. Our communication principles and customer charter, which underpin the Corporate Directions, follow.
