Performance Highlights The accounts receivable wizard was enhanced to provide improved efficiency and functionality to users. The enhancement was successful as reported under Accounts Receivable. Page 23. Payment of non-GAS invoices through Pay-onLine has been extended to NT Treasury and Department of Justice. Establishment of the P&Pnet payment facility, as it is known, allows agencies to incorporate online payment technology into their own business systems, saving cost and effort by not having to establish their own P&PNet facility directly with the bank. Audits No audits were undertaken on this product during the year. Initiatives 2004/05 The 2003/04 initiative to expand Form-Trap, a system that enables effective form design and delivery, was delayed and rolled over into 2004/05, pending resolution of an issue with the printer softwares licenses. Upgrading of the Governments Masterpiece 9802 Accounting System SSA Globals Financial Management System will commence, providing users with enhanced functionality and a more efficient and effective system. An automated receipts processing system will be developed for use by accounts receivable staff. The system will enable automatic generation of receipts and update of both the accounts receivable and general ledgers.
