Human Resource Services 43 Short Course Training This product line provides centralised training and development opportunities and training venue management for the Northern Territory Public Sector. The training was developed in partnership with the Procurement Review Board, Procurement Champions Group and DCIS Contracts and Procurement Services. A diversity training tender was developed in consultation with Indigenous staff and agency representatives. The tender, which will be let in July 2004, specifies the following learning clusters: understanding diversity; working in partnership; leading and managing; and career development. The graph shows the number of day training sessions and the % of days made available to each of the learning clusters over the last three years.
