Information Technology Services 51 Audit A number of internally generated audits were initiated including: an audit of stranded costs on termination of Services Agreement 99-5051 (2002) undertaken by Merit Partners a review of outsourced IT service level reporting and service credits undertaken by Stanton Partners through Risk Management Services; and an audit of the Communications Services Contract undertaken by Gibson Quai Pty Ltd. A summary of these audits and review can be viewed at appendix C. Initiatives 2004/05 To expedite resolution of issues raised by both customers and internal staff, the issues database will be enhanced to improve the tracking and management of contract issues. The contracts management team will be working closely with service providers to ensure adherence to contractual benchmarking requirements in order to keep cost of services within target range. .
