General Services 63 The graph shows leased property m2 as at 30 June 2004.The Graph shows an increase of 2,065 since 2002/03. The increase results from a combination of minor accommodation requirements of many agencies. The graph shows leased space and space unallocated as at 30 June 2004. For the second year in a row there was no unallocated leased accommodation as at 30 June 2004. Note! The increase in accommodation between 2001/02 and 2002/03 is due to property owned by the Northern Territory Government being added to leased property managements property portfolio for lease back to agencies. Audits No audits were undertaken during the year on this product. Initiatives 2004/05 Completion of a review of the processes involved for the provision of NTG sponsored office accommodation to Non Government Organisations.
