Corporate Governance 75 The following graph gives customer survey results for each product over the last four years. The survey is based on eight of the principles of the Customer Charter. Principles in order of rating with the highest being first were: confidentiality and security of information; relationships with our customers; communications and responsiveness; professional approach; consultation on proposed changes; clear and mutual understanding; keeping agencies informed; and continuous improvement. (Statutory compliance, an internally focussed principle, is not measured.)
