Actress Kacey Jordan agreed to be interviewed on TV and told ABC reporter Ashleigh Banfield she was shocked by the hosts alcohol and drug intake, suggesting Sheen didnt seem to care if he lived or died. Ive never seen someone so self-destructive and able to take in so much at once. I thought maybe it was almost like a suicide binge, she says. Jordan was reportedly offered more than $5000 to attend the party at Sheens home. She wound up making more than $30,000. She insists Sheen was nothing like the polished, quickwitted star she sees on TV. She says he was a dishevelled mess. Hes wearing an all-white shirt . . . covered in wine stains. All the way down him . . . I was thinking that I was gonna meet the Charlie Sheen that I see on TV. Not the one thats, like, in shambles and wrecked. Jordan tells Banfield she was one of five women at the party. She also made unconfirmed claims about Sheens drug use at the party. Sheens representatives have released a statement to ABC News. It is a shame that during this time, while Mr Sheen has sought treatment on his own, opportunistic women are trying to take advantage of his celebrity status, the statement said. The actor has checked into rehab after his hospital stay for a hiatus hernia. Reports suggest hell stay at the treatment centre for three months. Country bungle inquiry Lee Kernaghan poses with the Album of the Year award alongside Female Artist of the Year Kasey Chambers, before it was revealed he was not actually the winner SYDNEY: The bungle in which a Golden Guitar was presented to the wrong artist at the 39th Country Music Awards of Australia will be investigated by a retired police prosecutor. Tamworth-based Ian Burkinshaw will conduct investigations from Thursday into how country musics biggest award, Album of the Year, was presented to Lee Kernaghan instead of Graeme Connors last month at Tamworth. Within 24 hours of the incident, the Country Music Association of Australia publicly admitted the mistake, saying it was incredibly sorry and acknowledging Connors had won the award for Still Walking. Association chairman Rod Laing said the board was embarrassed the incorrect envelope had been handed to host Ray Hadley. The Association earlier insisted Kernaghan was the rightful recipient for his album Planet Country. General manager Cheryl Hayes told AAP on the night of the awards there had been a printing error. Unfortunately, we got the wrong printing on the trophy, so thats being changed, she said. Mr Laing said Mr Burkinshaw would determine how the mistake occurred, why it was not immediately corrected and if there was an attempt to cover it up. If there is something that is not right, if there is an alleged cover-up, if thats proven to be true, well, theres got to be action, especially if the board want to retain their credibility and the credibility of the awards as well, Mr Laing told AAP. Mr Burkinshaw will be given a list of people to interview and will report back. Biebers hair an FBI target FBI director Robert Mueller has revealed serious misgivings about Justin Biebers hair. Speaking about the challenges new technology such as YouTube videos poses to the FBI, he said: Most of them . . . feature someone by the name of Justin Bieber. Who the heck is this kid, and why cant he get a haircut? Custody fight forces Berry out ofmovie Gabriel Aubry LOS ANGELES: Halle Berry has pulled out of a film role to prepare for a custody fight over her daughter. The Oscar-winning actress backed out of a role in New Years Eve that was scheduled to shoot in New York this week due to pending custody litigation involving her daughter. Publicist Meredith OSullivan did not say where or when the custody case would be heard. Berry and her exboyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have a daughter, Nahla, who will turn three next month. OnEdge over house The Edge LOS ANGELES: U2 guitarist the Edge is locked in a dispute with Californian authorities over plans to build five new luxury homes near Malibu, with officials claiming that they would harm the local environment. The star real name David Evans wants to build the houses on a ridge in the hills overlooking Malibu up the Pacific coast from Los Angeles, and has set up a website boasting that they are environmentally friendly. But the California Coastal Commission has filed a report recommending that the planning applications be rejected when they go before local politicians next week. The body says the homes would violate state law by ruining a wild area and scarring hillsides visible from Pa cific Coast Highway, which offers spectacular views all the way up to San Francisco. The proposed construction of single family residences . . . is not consistent with . . . the guidance policies of the Malibu-Santa Monica Mountains and would result in significant impacts to visual resources, it said in the report. The U2 musician says the five multimillion-dollar properties, dubbed Leaves In The Wind, will blend with natural rock outcroppings, and use natural and native plants to screen them and make them fit in with the natural environment. The planning applications will be discussed on February 10 at a meeting in Chula Vista. Gameover for Eva and Tony LOS ANGELES: Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has finalised her divorce from French NBA star Tony Parker, a spokesman said yesterday. Their marriage which started with a lavish ceremony at a French chateau in 2007 formally ended in a Texas courtroom on Friday, the spokesman for Parker told People magazine. Longoria filed for divorce in November, citing irreconcilable differences amid reports Parker had been unfaithful with a teammates wife. Longoria, 35, and Parker, 28, one of the top European players in the National Basketball Association, signed a pre-nuptial agreement before their wedding.
