It is at a very well established gauging station. It is intended to be used as an indicator of all water flowing down Cooper Creek from all tributaries around the Nabarlek Site. Water is ;oresent 8-9 months of the year with water flo~.ving 6-7 months of the year. This site was first sampled by WD ES in June, 1979. It was not sanpled by iJRB. It is used as the final indicator of water leaving Cooper Creek. As a gauge board has been erected further downstrea.Jn near Mt. Borradaile, sampling at Un!la::-r.ed LaGOOn has been aba~doned in oreference to this sitei GSS21-016 (RS? 912).
