Members were reminded that once plan amendments are distributed, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that each plan is amended with the appropriate amendment. Business Arising 24. Mr. Black asked if there are any arrangements for exercising the Region 5 Counter Disaster Plan. 25. In answer to Mr. Black, the Executive Officer advised the committee that regular training with respect to the plan is identified under Section 15 of the V~a~te~ Aet and arrangements for exercising the plan will be discussed at future meetings. 26. The committee recognised that the information to be presented for the study, being conducted by the Department of Mines and Energy, Water Resources Division, would serve as a minor exercise of the Regional Counter Disaster Plan - Region 5. Next Meeting 27. The next meeting of the Regional Counter Disaster Planning Committee - Region 5, was arranged.for 26 March, 1986 at 2.00pm to be held at the Department of Health Conference Room, Regional Health. Closure 25. The meeting closed at 3.30pm.
