Cyperus Land System (Cp) Seasonally flooded coastal plains, estuarine clays shallowly overlain by freshwater clays; black cracking clays over predominantly saline muds; sedgeland, reedland and grassland; extensive bare areas. Littoral Land System (L) Level tidal flats and emergent coastal plains; active and stable coastal sand-dunes; saline muds and cracking grey clays; samphire, sedgeland, or mangrove low closed forest. Pinwinkle Land System (Pw) Swampy depressions on clay plains and broad back plains along river courses; soils predominantly black cracking clays overlying marine alluvium; paperbark tall closed forest to open forest. -29
