Associated Vegetation types: E.dichromophloia open-woodland and E.brevifolia low openwoodland can also occur. Community 49 Eucalyptus dichromophloia mid-high open-woodland with Plectrachne . pungens open hummock grassland. Structural formula(Specht):L1 H3 Eucalyptus dichromophloia dominates the upper stratum with Eucalyptus miniata (100%) occurring as a sub-dominate. The sparse mid layer shrubs including Grevillea angulata (100%) and Acacia dunnii(66%). The lower stratum is dominated by Plectrachne pungens (100%) hummock grass with some Eriachne ciliata. Other common Species in Decreasing % Frequency: Upper stratum-66%: Eucalyptus ferruginea. Middle stratum-66%: Grevillea refracta, 33%: Acacia tumida, A.orthocarpa, Persoonia falcata, Buchanania obovata, Galytrix achaeta. Lower stratum: shrubs-66%: Petalostigma quadriloculare, Grevillea angulata, G.refracta. 33%: Gardenia sp., Acacia translucens, A. Iycopodiifolia, A.setulifera, Dampiera conospermoides, Olax aplwlla. torbs-66%: Gorchorus sidoides, Ptilotus fusiformis, Triumfetta plumigera, 33%: Gassytha filiformis, Distichostemon hispidulus, Heliotropium epacrideum, Jacksonia ramosissima, Tribulopis angustifolia. graminoids33%: Trioda stenostachya, Schizachyrium fragile, Fimbristylis macrantha. The soils are sandy with up to 10% gravel surface and 30% rock outcrop. Associated Vegetation types: Patches of Eucalyptus ferruginea occur occasionally through the community. 63
