SPECIFIC CONDITIOllS In assessing the tasks and manhours required to complete the work, it is assumEld the following conditions shall be met. ANPWS can provide PAWA with copies of as constructed drawings detailing ~~a water supply system. These drawings would include levels of inlets and outlets of storage t"tnks, sizes and type of pipe, and plan views of the reticulation. ANPWS can provide details of the pumps used in the bores and their settings. ANPWS can provide a history of pumping rates from the bores. ANPWS can provide figures of permanent populati':m and visitors using the water facilities at East Alligator. ANPWS can provide PAWA with their desired water usage allowance in L/capita/day, for the East Alligator supply system. All revie~;s will be held in Darwin. If ANPWS cannot meet additional work will be to extend this quote to any of the above conditions, required and PAWA would be happy include this additional work. We also require a.s a condition of payment of fees that 50% of the upper limit fee be paid upon PAWA receiving the commission to carry out the consultancy, and the remainder of the fees to be paid upon PAWl'. issuing an invoice to ANPWS on completion of the final report. All other condi':ion of consultancy proposed by ANPWS are acceptable to PAWA. PROGRAM The program listed in the brief is adequate for this work. FEES Based on the estimate of fees shown in Attachment A, we offer an upper limit time based fee of $17,200 plus reimbursable expenses estimatad at $1560. mj26101:ccs
