Fresh consultations with Traditional Aboriginal Custodians are underway at the time of writing of this report. AppendLx R Damsite Historical Association This report is not affected by the revised proposal. The area known as Tom's Yard vtill no longer be permanently inundated by the dam. Appendix S Plan of Environmental Management The plan of environmental management would not be revised for the "partially full" dam. Appendix T Public Comments on Draft EnYironmental Impact Statement Comments and responses were based on the "full" flood mitigation dam. Some of the points made remain valid for the revised dam, others are no longer applicable. 16
