Appendix S Plan of Environmental Management The plan of environmental management would not be revised for the "partially full" dam. Appendix T Public Comments on Draft EnYironmental Impact Statement Comments and responses were based on the "full" flood mitigation dam. Some of the points made remain valid for the revised dam, others are no longer applicable. 16
