I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I The area has a semi arid climate with an average annual rainfall of less thaT) 250 mm mostly falling between November and March. On the 9th August 1989 the area was visi ted by Mr D Ellis (Hydrogeologist) and Mr C Garner (Technical Officer) after a detailed office study of aerial photography, geological maps and literature. On this field trip four sites were flagged and given drilling priorities. The first site was drilled, completed as a production bore and successfully tested. This report includes the standard test report together with more detailed recommendations.
