LAWRIE Minister for Planning and Lands 9/46 Planning Act PROPOSED EXCEPTIONAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT SECTION 3226 (33) GALBRAITH ROAD, VIRGINIA, HUNDRED OF STRANGWAYS I, DELIA PHOEBE LAWRIE, the Minister for Planning and Lands, determine pursuant to section 39 of the Planning Act, that: a) a proposed exceptional development permit, as described in (e), is to be exhibited; b) the proposal is to be exhibited at the following location: Offices of the Department of Planning and Infrastructure Ground Floor, 38 Cavenagh Street; c) the exhibition period is for a period of 28 days, commencing on the date on which the notice is first newspaper publication of this notice; d) Written submissions in respect of this exhibition should be made to: Sondi Bootle Senior Rural Planner Development Assessment Services Department of Planning and Infrastructure GPO Box 1680 DARWIN NT 0801; or Facsimile: (08) 8999 6055 e) the proposed exceptional development permit is to allow the use of section 3226 (33) Galbraith Road, Virginia, Hundred of Strangways for the purpose of a Motor Repair Station. The land is in Zone RL (Rural Living) of the NT Planning Scheme and the use of the site for a Motor Repair Station would otherwise be prohibited in this zone. Dated 12th November, 2008. D. P.
