SCHEDuLE 2 14/51 Volatile Substance Abuse Prevention Act NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF MANAGEMENT AREA KALTuKATJARA LOCALITY I, JENNIFER MAY SCOTT, Assistant Secretary Community Services in the Department of Health and Community Services, as delegate of the Minister for Family and Community Services, under section 48(1) of the volatile Substance Abuse Prevention Act, give notice that: (a) I have declared that Kaltukatjara Locality, comprising the area of land described in Schedule 1 and depicted in Schedule 2, to be a management area; and (b) the declaration takes effect on the latest date of publication of this notice in the Gazette or a newspaper; and (c) The management area is declared to enable a plan to be made for the management of the possession, supply and use of volatile substances in the area. SCHEDuLE 2 15/51 Volatile Substance Abuse Prevention Act NOTICE OF APPROvAL OF MANAGEMENT PLAN KINTORE COMMuNITY I, JENNIFER MAY SCOTT, Assistant Secretary Community Services in the Department of Health and Community Services, as delegate of the Minister for Family and Community Services, under section 50(5) of the Volatile Substance Abuse Prevention Act: (a) give notice of the approval of a management plan for the management of the possession, supply and use of volatile substances in the Kintore Community area, and: (b) specify that the plan will come into force on 31 January 2008; and (c) specify that copies of the plan may be inspected or obtained during normal business hours at: (i) the offices of the Kintore Community Council, No 113, Kintore Community.
