ANICTOMATIS Administrator 21/50 Water Supply and Sewerage Services Act 2000 NOTICE OF THE MAKING OF A WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SERVICES PRICING ORDER In accordance with section 60 of the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Act 2000, notice is given that on 12 December 2002 the Treasurer approved a water supply and sewerage services pricing order. The pricing order has the effect of regulating prices for the sale of water supply and sewerage services by the Power and Water Corporation ("PowerWater") to customers with effect from I January 2003. PowerWater will shortly prepare a schedule of prices in accordance with the pricing order. Copies of the pricing order are available free of charge and can be obtained from the Commission's website at www.utilicom.nt.gov.au or by calling Jessica Dalton on (08) 8999 5480. 22150 Control of Roads Act TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTIONS I, ERNIE WANKA, a Senior Representative of the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Environment, Darwin Region a delegate of the Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and Environment, under section 7B of the Control of Roads Act, in pursuance of section 11 A of that Act impose temporary restrictions on the road specified in Schedule I. The temporary restrictions will apply to a vehicle or a class of vehicle specified in Schedule 2. The temporary road restriction will commence immediately and shall remain in force until further notice. Traffic Act APPROVAL OF MPH INDUSTRIES BEE II AS TRAFFIC INFRINGEMENT DETECTION DEVICE 1, ANTHONY GORDON SINCLAIR, the Director of Transport, in pursuance of section 44(1) of the Traffic Act, approve the BEE lIJ Automatic Same Direction Traffic Radar, manufactured by MPH Industries Inc of Owensboro, KY, U.S.A., as a traffic infringement detection device, subject to the following conditions: (a) the correct operation and accuracy of each BEE III Automatic Same Direction Traffic Radar is to be tested in accordance with the testing procedures set out in the Schedule, not less than once in each day that the device is used for the purposes of the Act, by a person operating it during that day; and (b) the accuracy of the calibration and parameter perfonnance of each BEE III Automatic Same Direction Traffic Radar is to be tested not less than once in each 12 month period by a person approved under section 44(2) of the Act. Observe that during the machine self-initialisation period all LED segments are displayed (888) and all lamps and indicators are illuminated; 3. After step 2, observe that the TARGET display (if in stationary made), or each of the TARGET and PATROL displays (if in moving mode), indicates "32": 4. Press mode switch to select "stationary" mode;
