The Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G14, 10 April 2002 Page 5 Assent to Proposed Laws Residential Tenancies Act MODIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ACT I, PETER HOWARD TOYNE, the Minister for Justice and AttorneyGeneraJ, in pursuance of section 7(1)(b) of the Residential Tenancies Act, modify each section of the Act specified in eolumn 1 of the Schedule in its application to a tenancy agreement to occupy premises provided by the Department of Community Development, Sport and Cultural Affairs to an employee (within the meaning of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act) in a remote area as specificd oppositc the section in column 2.
