The Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G44. 8 November 2000 Page 11 southwestern boundary of Lot 3952 to intersect the northerly prolongation of the most western boundary of Portion 2708 Hundred of Bagot (Peter McAulay Centre); thence southerly by the said prolongation to the northern comer of the said Portion being a point on an eastern boundary of the Municipality of Darwin as proclaimed in Northern Territory Government Gazette SII of 4th March 1988; thence southerly, southeasterly, again southerly, westerly, again southerly and again westerly by an eastem, a northeastem, an eastern, a southern, an eastern and a southern boundary of the said Municipality and its prolongation westerly to the centreline of Berrimah Road; thence generally southerly by the said centreline to the northwesterly prolongation of the northeastern boundary of Section 3245 Hundred of Bagot; thence southeasterly by the said prolongation and boundary and its southeasterly prolongation to the centreline of Hudson Creek; thence southwesterly by the said centreline to intersect a southwestern boundary of the Hundred of Bagot; thence generally westerly by part of the said boundary to intersect a southeastern boundary of Northern Territory Portion 5987 (East Arm Wharf); thence generally westerly by southern boundaries of the said Portion to its most western comer; thence north easterly and southeasterly by a northwestern and a northeastern boundary of Northern Territory Portion 5987 to a northwestem boundary of Northern Territory Portion 5986; thence northeasterly, generally southeasterly and generally northeasterly by part of a northwestern and northeastern and northwestern boundaries of the said Portion to intersect a western boundary of the Hundred of Bagot; thence generally northerly by part of the said boundary to intersect a southeastern boundary of Charles Darwin National Park as proclaimed in Northern Territory Government Gazette No.13 of 8th April 1998; thence northeasterly, northerly, generally southwesterly, generally northeasterly and generally northwesterly by part of a southeastern, an eastern, northwestern, southeastern and northeastern boundaries of the said Park to its most northern northeastern comer; thence westerly by the northern boundary of Charles Darwin National Park and its prolongation westerly to the centreline of Sadgroves Creek; thence generally southeasterly and southwesterly by the said centreline to the centre of the mouth of Sadgroves Creek at Low Water; thence southwesterly to the intersection of Low Water Mark of Frances Bay with the most northern boundary of Lot 5499 Town of Darwin being a point on an eastern boundary of the Municipality of Darwin; thence generally southwesterly, northwesterly and northeasterly by the said boundary to the most northern corner of the Town of Darwin as proclaimed in Northern Territory Government Gazette 49 of lOth November 1965; thence southeasterly and easterly by a northeastern and part of a northern boundary of the said Town to High Water Mark on the southern boundary of Lot 8630 Town of Nightcliff; thence generally northeasterly, northwesterly and again
