R November 2000 Page 9 (A) to be fumigated with methyl bromide at the rate of 128g per cubic metre for 24 hours at a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius or above; or (B) to be treated in accordance with an approved treatment, and then release the container. 3. Procedure if no prior inspection etc. of Full Container Lot If a Full Container Lot from an exporting country specified in Schedule 1 has not been inspected in accordance with clause l(a), or is not certified in accordance with clause 1 (b) or (c), the Chief Inspector or inspector must (a) require the container (i) to be fumigated with methyl bromide at the rate of 128g per cubic metre for 24 hours at a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius or above; or (ii) to be treated in accordance with an approved treatment, and then release the container; or (b) require the container to be opened within an area referred to in clause 4(1) and the contents to be removed, inspect the container and contents, and (i) if the container and contents are found to be free of Giant African snails, release the container and contents; or (ii) if Giant Mrican snails are found in the container or any of the contents, require the container to be repacked and closed, ensuring no Giant African snails have escaped from the container or contents, and require the container (A) to be fumigated with methyl bromide at the rate of 128g per cubic metre for 24 hours at a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius or above; or
