Places of inspection and fumigation (1) A container may be opened in pursuance of clause 2(b) or 3(b) only within (a) the area described in Part B of this Schedule and shown bounded by a thick black line on the map; or (b) an area approved by the Chief Inspector for the purposes of those clauses. (2) For the purposes of carrying out fumigation or an approved treatment under clause 2 or 3, the Chief Inspector or inspector may require a person in control of a Full Container Lot or empty container to remove the container to a place or premises specified by the Chief Inspector. 5.
