Dated 17th August, 1998. I. CITATION M.J. PALMER Minister for Lands, Planning and Environment SCHEDULE This control plan amendment may be cited as the Litchfield Area Plan 1992 (Amendment No. 33). 2. DEFINITIONS In this control plan amendment "amending map" means the map signed by the Minister for Lands, Planning and Environment and marked "Litchfield Area Plan 1992 (Amendment No. 33)", deposited in the office of the Department of Lands, Planning and Environment, Darwin; and "zoning map" means the zoning map within the meaning of the Litchfield Area Plan 1992, as in force immediately before the commencement of this control plan amendment. 3. AMENDMENT OF ZONING The zoning map is amended to the extent of its inconsistency with the amending map in respect of the area of land shown bounded by thick black lines and lettered "SU" on the amending map, which area includes Lot 29, LTD 69/011 Henning Road, Hundred of Strangways. 4. ZONE SU (SPECIFIC USE) The table to clause 15.15.1 of the Litchfield Area Plan [992, as in force immediately before the commencement of this control plan amendment, is amended by inserting at the end the following: "(23) Lot 29, LTO 69/011 This land may be used or Henning Road, Hundred developed _ of Strangways. (a) in accordance with zone RL I; and (b) with the consent of the Authority, for the purposes of a hardware supply shop, provided that the floor area of the shop is not
