The Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G23, 17 June 1998 Page t 1 2. That pursuant to Section 64(1) of the Locat Govemment Act, The Tennant Creek Town Council hereby declare that in respect of the year ending 30 June 1999: (a) the amount it intends to raise for general purposes by rates is $976,325.03. (b) those rates will be raised by the application of differential rates with a minimum amount payable in the application of those differential rates as follows: (i) a rate of 11.4929% of the unimproved capital value of all rateable land within Zone B1 within the meaning of the Tennant Creek Town Plan being a relevant control plan under the Planning Act with the minimum amount payable in the application of that rate being calculated by multiplying the number of residential units on the respective parcel of land or the number 1 (which ever is greater) by the sum of $230.00. (ii) a rate of 10.3946% of the unimproved capital value of all rateable land within Zone B2 within the meaning of the Tennant Creek Town Plan being a relevant control plan under the Planning Act with the minimum amount payable in the application of that rate being calculated by multiplying the number of residential units on the respective parcel of land or the number 1 (which ever is greater) by the sum of $230.00. (iii) a rate of 9.6527% of the unimproved capital value of all rateable land within Zone B4 within the meaning of the Tennant Creek Town Plan being a relevant control plan under the Planning Act with the minimum amount payable in the application of the rate being, the sum of $2,010.00, (iv) a rate of 9.3838% of the unimproved capital value of all rateable land within Zone B5 within the meaning of the Tennant Creek Town Plan being a relevant control plan under the Planning Act with the minimum amount payable in the application of that rate being calculated by multiplying the number of residential units on the respective parcel of land or the number 1 (which ever is greater) by the sum of $230.00. (v) a rate of 9.4647% of the unimproved capital value of all rateable land within Zones 11,12 and 13 within the meaning of the Tennant Creek Town Plan being a relevant control plan under the Planning Act with the
