Expenses increased by $1.8 million or 5% from the prior year, in particular: - increase in employee costs of $1.0 million or 5% from the prior year; - increase in Insurance expense of $0.3 million; - increase in repairs and maintenance of $0.3 million, mainly in remote locations; and - increase in Consultants fees of $0.2 million for running of projects/workshops.
