After eight years as a Victoria Police Officer, Domenic decided to don the khakis and experience life as an NT police officer. "During the first few months the hardest aspect was learning the way communications operate and the style of daily duties as it was so different to Victoria police. "Once I figured that out I loved every bit of my time here and the incentives are great.'' Domenic has embraced his role as a Northern Territory police officer and has aspirations to complete specific courses in the near future. "I have obtained senior constable rank and my aim for 2010 will be to complete my development program to become a sergeant and undertake the detective training course. "I hope to be able to do a number of short courses on offer such as Disaster Victim Identification and Coxmans. "The Northern Territory Police Force is great for me. "It might be for you, too.
