Our client base includes elderly, paediatric and remote clients.You will be kept busy with a variety of technical, computer, administrative and customer service responsibilities, including: Technical you will be involved in a range of technical tasks that include hearing aid repairs, constructing hearing hats and providing maintenance services for our clients. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate. Records Management - You will have responsibility for maintaining accurate technical statistics as well as stock control and maintaining the inventory system. Customer Service you will greet clients, provide front counter service, answer telephone and respond to enquiries and make appointments using electronic appointment book management system.
