You can study in-house in a classroom environment, or by distance learning in your home or workplace. You could even consider a traineeship in real estate to combine your classroom hours with workplace experience. As an education provider, REINT endeavours to offer flexible and comprehensive training courses to equip you with the knowledge and skill for entry into the real estate profession or to further your career in real estate. Under the national training package, REINT offer two levels of real estate training and assessment which are the: CERTIFICATE IV in Property Services (Real Estate); DIPLOMA of Property Services (Agency Management); These courses are competency-based and the opportunity exists for all training needs to be met by distance education for people living in regional areas. The real estate profession offers a range of dynamic career options for nearly everyone, including: Real Estate Agency Office Support Residential Sales Auctioneer Residential Property Management (rental) Body Corporate Management Commercial / Industrial Sales Commercial / Industrial Property Management (leasing) So what next?
