Vollie News Thursday 25th March 2010 Page 9 2010 NT Cadet Camp Expressions of Interest are invited for the following volunteer positions to assist with the running of the 2010 NT Cadet Camp to be held at Lake Bennett from Saturday 25 September to Thursday 30 September: Catering Manager / Camp Cook Catering Assistant / Assistant to the Camp Cook! Nurse/Paramedic Bus drivers Further Expressions of Interest will be sought in the future to identify members willing to assist with the Cadet First Aid Competitions to be held on Sunday 26 September. For this big event, we will need patients, adjudicators, time keepers, make-up artists/cas sim experts and runners. Stay tuned for this up-coming opportunity.) If you are willing to assist with any of the above, please contact email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org Wanted Contributions for your newsletter are wanted from all Adult and Cadet Divisions and from individual members. Please use the newsletter to promote your Division and St John. You are doing great things for the community that we would all like to know about. Your newsletter is distributed to all NT Divisions and also outside the Territory. It promotes your achievements to a fairly wide audience. Please send your stories and photos to Gwyn or Frank. Closing time for contributions is 5.00 PM Wednesdays, but can be delayed for important late items that arent yet ready, provided notice to hold the press is given to Frank by email or phone before the deadline. Please note that email isnt always an instantaneous service and that some can hang around in cyberspace for quite some time before being delivered. Sending contributions Wednesday afternoon can sometimes mean that they arent received until the following day. Graduation 2010 Anyone who is interested in attending this years Investiture and Graduation ceremony, being held at Government House on Wednesday 2nd June 2010, please email email@example.com your name and the names of any guests you are bringing along. This years Ceremony will be attended by the Lord Prior from England who is the most senior non Royal member of the organisation, so numbers will be limited to two (2) guests per attendee and confirmation of attendance is vital. Graduands and other attendees are welcome to bring along family and friends, please advise names of guests including children, which at this present time we have a limit of two guests per attendee. Government House requires that we advise numbers attending, for seating arrangements and have set a date for final numbers to be advised by no later than Friday 14th May.
