News from the Sailing Manager: Refit of the tractor The tractor will not be available until the end of March due to repair works. At the launch Minister Alves was accompanied by 15 other delegates from Timor Leste as well there were representatives of the Northern Territory Government, the Australian Government, sponsors and guests.
