TEAMhealths services are provided within a model of recovery focussed psychological rehabilitation and within the framework of the National Mental Health Plan (1996) and Standards. TEAMhealth works closely with other specialist service providers such as Government Mental Health Services, drug/alcohol services and non-government organisations. The PHaMs Top End program services areas from Corroboree to Adelaide River, Batchelor and the Cox Peninsular. We are seeking an experienced individual who has the unique ability to develop rapport and good working relationships with people whose psychological functioning is limited by mental illness. Although based in Darwin, this position covers a large portion of the Top End and will require daily travel to both rural and remote settings. Your role will coordinate episodes of care and develop positive relationships with other stakeholders. With a broad range of duties, this is an exciting position that would best suit an applicant with previous outreach experience. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health discipline will be highly regarded.
