Correctional Services Future Directions In line with the implementation schedule for 2006-07, progress and implement the recommendations of the Adult Custodial Review. Complete the review of the Prisons (Correctional Services) Act and progress to formally amending the legislation. Continue implementation of the Integrated Offender Management System. Commence Sex Offender and Violence Offender Treatment Programs at Darwin Correctional Centre. Continue the Elders Visiting Program. Expand the community based Indigenous Family Violence Offender Program. Establish interactive Job Centres for pre-release male and female prisoners in the NTs adult correctional facilities. The Job Centres will allow Job Network members, employment agencies and group training organisations to work with offenders to establish relationships, introduce employers and enhance training and employment outcomes upon release.
