P A G E 2 Our Workplace Health & Safety Committee 4W DR IV ING Our Councilors Victoria Daly Shire had its first official Council meeting on the 6th November at the Katherine Town Council Chambers. Cr Don Wegener was elected in as Mayor and Cr Harold Wilson as Deputy Mayor (Well done). Councillors received a comprehensive induction into being a councillor and how the new Shire will function. They also received training in Governance, IT, the Local Government Act and their Roles and Responsibilities. Congratulations to the following people for becoming the Victoria Daly Shire Councils Workplace Health & Safety Committee.
