Method Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. Cut out circlcs of pasty, just lerge enough to line patty paos. Two thirds fill the cases with the mixture. Cover with circles ofpastry, crimp the edges. Makc a small cross in the centle ofthe top to allow steam to escape. Brush the tops with the egg. Sprinkle lightly with the caster sugar.
