Territory Housing Annual Report 2000 - 2001 The distinction between the two arms ofTerritory Housing is not generally visible to clients and other stakeholders and so in reporting performance no distinction has been made between the department known as Territory Housing and the Government Business Division known as Territory Housing Business Services. The following chart demonstrates the relationship between the two arms and the linkage between outcomes and specific outputs.
