The Department known as Territory Housing, represents the policy, funding and purchasing arm of the organisation. The Government Business Division known as Territory Housing Business Services, represents the service delivery arm and receives the majority of its funding through Territory Housing. Indigenous housing services are purchased through the Indigenous Housing Authority of the Northern Territory.
