Papers prepared and distributed for three IHANT board meetings. Liaison and consultation undertaken with members of working groups. Preparation of papers informing policy development on urban housing issues and options for housing management *UALITY The provision of high level secretariat and policy advice services to IHANT. Policies and procedures reviewed and prepared as required including: needs measurement model; airconditioning policy; Indigenous urban housing; goods and services tax treatment; and spot purchasing program. Research and development program undertaken. Marketing and promotion strategy implemented. Services to IHANT included: consultation and coordination; management of the service level agreement; budget management; organisation of Board and Working Group meetings; and preparation of a five year Strategic Plan. TIMELINESS Services to IHANT provided within agreed timeframes. (Papers to be circulated to Board members two weeks prior to a meeting.) 95% of papers electronically circulated to members within the timeframe.
