Regional Directors manage the delivery o f rental housing assistance in the 5 regions o f the Northern Territory. Branches in the Planning and Service Development Division are responsible for program and policy development and for the management o f outsourced service delivery for home ownership, Indigenous housing, Government employee housing, construction and maintenance. The Business Analysis and Systems Division is responsible fo r corporate support functions.
