The Course has been operating since 1993, and is delivered over a twelve-month period by highly skilled presenters during four one-week blocks and a three day residential. Course content is based around three modules: INTRODUCTORY UNIT LEADERSHIP IN mE KNOWLEDGE ERA leadership and Management Skills . Managing Oneself PLANNING AND MANAGING FOR OUTCOMES . Managing Others Managing Teams /'vtanaging Knowledge PEOPLE AND WORK Strategic Human Resource Management Public Sector Context Business Planning . Program Management ETHICS ACCOUNTABILITY RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Finance Management . Information Technology Management Strategice Human Resource Planning Managing Change a1 Work Managing pert"m"nc~y~-'--_____ CONCLUDING UNIT Three courses are scheduled for the Northern Territory in 2000, including one for the Alice Springs region. There are no prerequisite tertiary qualifications needed for entry into the PSM Course. Interested?
