Forms to update details are in the library, fees can be paid on line (details on the form) or in cash (placed in an envelope with name and number on the outside and put in the safe.) Show and Tell: 2018 Presidents Challenge Precious 7 ladies brought in items that where precious to them, most recently made. 4 wall hangings from the Australia Day Workshop where on show, a lovely design for free motion stitching, these will be given to the Breast Cancer foundation. Raffle won by: Christine Currington Supper: - Monday 4th March Rose Manison, Stacey Henderson, Lynn Bates Next meeting Monday 4th March 2019 at 19:00 for 19:30 Meeting closed at : 21:10 Signed: Judy O'Callaghan Territory Quilts 2019 Reminder of the dates for 2019: Nominations Due: Monday 15 July Quilts to be dropped at venue for judging: Sunday 18 August 2pm - 4pm Opening Night: Wednesday 21 August 6pm TQ19 open to the public: Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 August Quilts to be collected: Sunday 25 August 4-5pm The TQ19 Challenge is to make a small bag. The bag must be no bigger than 30cm x 20cm and will be donated the Share the Dignity Group after the Exhibition. Decorate as you please. If you are planning on having Bold Quilting quilt your TQ entry, then to assist with your planning Denise has indicated she will be closed over the following dates: Denise Bold Quilting - closed March 4 to March 9 July 4 to July 9 July 29 to August 22 Mt Bundy Annual Retreat - Spaces still available Friday 3rdth May Monday 6th May 2019 The cost will be $280.00 per person. Participants will be required to bring their own breakfast. Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunches will be provided. Mt Bundy Station will be catering a buffet dinner on Friday night and Pizzas on Sunday night. Participants can choose to prepare their own toasted sandwiches in the Billabong house (ingredients will be provided) or have dinner at the Adelaide River Inn on Saturday night at their own cost. We are capping the number of participants at 25. All participants will be accommodated in the Billabong house.
