Charity fundraiser to help the kids GIVE Me 5 for Kids is Southern Cross Austereos national fundraiser which has been supporting and raising funds for local childrens hospital wards across regional Australia for the last 21 years. Beginning in the mid-90s as a simple coin drive from the Central Coast region, this annual charity drive has since raised almost $20 million nationally and benefited over 40 childrens hospital wards. Each year, Seven Darwin gets behind this cause by holding local fundraising events. Thanks to the open hearts and generosity of the Darwin public and business community, Seven Darwin continues to raise more funds annually for the local childrens hospital ward of The Royal Darwin Hospital, and make a real difference to the lives of sick local kids.
