Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G21, 27 May 2020 Page 5 Northern Territory of Australia Weeds Management Act 2001 Amendment of Weed Management Plan for Prickly Acacia (Acacia nilotica) I, Eva Dina Lawler, Minister for Environment and Natural Resources, under section 12(5) of the Weeds Management Act 2001, give notice of an amendment to the Weed Management Plan for Prickly Acacia (Acacia nilotica) 2015. The reason for the amendment is to simplify the plan and focus on the remaining actions to be achieved by 2022 since commencement of the plan in 2012. Dated 16 May 2020 E. D. Lawler Minister for Environment and Natural Resources Notes The Weed Management Plan for Prickly Acacia (Acacia nilotica) 2015 was approved by Instrument dated 23 December 2015 and published in Gazette No. G17 of 27 April 2016. As a result of the amendments, the Weed Management Plan for Prickly Acacia (Acacia nilotica) 2015 will be known as the Weed Management Plan for Prickly Acacia (Vachellia nilotica) 2012 2022 (2020 Revision).
