Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G21, 27 May 2020 Page 7 Northern Territory of Australia Housing Act 1982 Determination of Rent Payable for Dwellings I, Gerald Francis McCarthy, Minister for Local Government, Housing and Community Development, under section 23 of the Housing Act 1982, determine that from the date this instrument is published in the Gazette the rent to be paid per week for a dwelling of a class specified in the Schedule is the amount described in the Schedule opposite the class. An amount equal to 50% of the rent that would otherwise be payable for the dwelling in accordance with the determination entitled "Determination of Rent Payable for Dwellings" dated 13 January 2017 and published in Gazette No. G5 of 1 February 2017. A dwelling leased for the purpose of providing community and homelessness services or supported accommodation under an agreement that requires the lessee to repair and maintain the dwelling.
