Week 1 24 April 2020 Tuesday, 5 May and Wednesday, 6 May 2020 3:00pm to 6:00pm via phone calls Parents will still book their interviews online using the Parent Community Portal (instructions are below). The online booking system is now available for bookings and will remain open until 8:00am on the day of the interviews (Tuesdays sessions will close at 8:00am on 5th May and Wednesdays will close at 8:00am on 6th May). To make your bookings: Visit the Parent Community Portal: https://syncp.stphilips.nt.edu.au. Log in using the user name and password. Click on the PTI tab at the top. Ensure you have the correct student selected on the right side if you have more than one child. Select the time slot available against the teacher and you will be asked to click yes to book this time slot. Once you are finished, dont forget to check that your contact details are up to date by clicking the My De tails tab so the teachers can ring you. Teachers will attempt to ring your mobile number first and then attempt your home number (if you have one on file). If they are unable to make contact, they will send you an email to organise another time that suits you both. If you encounter any problems using the Community Portal, including logging in, please contact our Helpdesk at cphelp@stphilips.nt.edu.au. If you are unavailable for the interviews, or if a teacher is fully booked or unavailable, please contact the teacher/s to make an alternative time to discuss your childs progress. Over the holidays Bryce and Alex worked together to construct a garden bed from scratch using recycled materials. They placed this garden bed in MacDonnell Park and with a little bit of patience will grow sunflowers. I hope that the sunflowers will be a source of happiness to the younger children in the neighbourhood and something that they can work on together to grow and maintain. The Wooden Garden Bed
