Newsletter ~ Monday 28th October https://us7.campaign-archive.com/?u=6a6b0cfafebf2f5f89550f76c&id=1f9d4b2a7a[7/04/2020 11:51:57 AM] Kate - Billy Button Assistant Ruby Saltbush Dear families and friends of Ruby Saltbush, We are enjoying our water and mud play at the moment, I dont have a particular day for this as I am leaving the spontaneity of the play to the children to initiate. You may want to include a pair of swimmers for your child to change into for their water/mud play. Please take a moment to check the washing line for any clothing that may belong to your child as well - Thank you. We really enjoyed the icy poles that we made last Tuesday afternoon, the weather was just right for it. I am changing the day of icy poles to be on Wednesdays now as this works in very well with our outdoor gardening day. It will be a refreshing treat after our work in the garden! Thank you to Jacob who brought in a checkered shirt to make our scarecrow, we still need a pair of pants and two pairs of adult socks and an old straw hat!! All donations appreciated and welcomed! The children are loving the roast vegetables again for Tuesdays morning tea, please remember to bring your vegies on Monday and Tuesdays. Thank you. Important dates and information It is really lovely catching up with families during our parent teacher meetings and discussing how things are going with your children overall, for other day to day matters and required conversations I am always available to have a quick chat in the mornings or afternoons as well as happy to make a further appointment for extended matters. Please remember to come and speak to me directly about any information regarding your children, so that I can put into action and plan appropriate supports when and where needed - Thank you. Christmas Festival Our end of year Christmas Festival will be on the last Wednesday of the term which is the 11th of December from 8:30 to 11:00am (programme details will be outlined closer to the date) Please lock this date in your diary - Thank you. Wishing everyone a great week ahead
