(f) Members perfo r m i n g duty at stations w h e r e Fares Out of Isolated Localities (F.O.I.L.s) apply, may accumulate a maximum of 6 P.D.O.s, to be taken in c onjunction with Fares Out leave and a FOIL. (g) Members p e r f o r m i n g duty at stations where mutual agreement is reached b e t w e e n the members and Management, may accumulate a maxi m u m of 6 P.D.O.s, to be t aken in conjunction w i t h r e c r e a t i o n leave. (2) W here a member is required to w o r k on any Sunday in excess of 2 as d e scribed in Clause 4 2 ( 1 ) (a), he shall be p aid for the extra Sunday at the rate of triple time." 8 . by d e l e t i n g Clause 55 in its entirety and inserting in its stead the following: "55 (1) W here a member is required to p e r f o r m additional d u t y of at least four (4) hours in excess of an eight (8 ) hou r tour of duty, he shall be entitled to the paym e n t of an O v e r t i m e Meal A l l o w a n c e at the rate of $10.40, or as p r e s c r i b e d from time to t i m e . (2) Each completed four (4) hours of a dditional duty shall attract a meal allowance in accordance w i t h sub-clause 3 of this C l a u s e . (3) A member in receipt of Trave l l i n g A l l o w a n c e will not be eligible for the paym e n t of Overtime Meal Allowance." 9. b y inserting new sub-clause (1) into Clause 8 as follows: "8 (1) (a) Whilst a member is on p r o b a t i o n he shall for the first six (6 ) months be c onsidered to be in training. He shall be p aid at the rate of ninety (90) perc e n t of the rate set for a "Constable Whilst on Probation" salary." 10. by renumbering current sub-clause (1) of Clause 8 to be 8 (1 ) ( b ) . This a m endment to D e t e r m i n a t i o n No. 1 of 1982 shall take effect from a date to be fixed by the Tribunal, and shall re m a i n in op e r a t i o n for a period of six months.
