Northern Territory Government Gazette No. S63, 18 September 2019 Page 2 (c) the following type of equipment is to be used to kill the animals: (i) a shotgun of not more than size 10 gauge and not less than size 20 gauge; (ii) of the species specified in Schedule 1: (A) shot cartridges containing non-toxic shot; and (B) if the shot is steel shot not smaller than size No. 2 and not larger than size BBB; and (C) if the shot is other than steel shot not smaller than size No. 4 and not larger than size BBB; and (ii) of the species specified in Schedule 2: (A) shot cartridges containing non-toxic shot; and (B) if the shot is steel shot not smaller than size No. 6 and not larger than size BB; and (C) if the shot is other than steel shot not smaller than size No. 6 and not larger than size No. 1; and (iii) a bow (excluding a crossbow) and arrow; (d) the maximum number of animals a person may kill each day is: (i) 7 of the species specified in Schedule 1; and (ii) 10 of the species specified in Schedule 2; (e) the maximum number of dead animals and parts of dead animals a person may have in the person's possession or under the person's control is: (i) at the person's place of residence unlimited; and (ii) not at the person's place of residence: (A) 21 of the species specified in Schedule 1; and (B) 30 of the species specified in Schedule 2;
