NORTHERN TERRITORY OF AUSTRALIA Regulations 1996, No. 35* Regulations under the Legal Practitioners Act I, KEITH JOHN AUSTIN ASCHE, the Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Legal Practitioners Act. Dated 28 June 1996. K.J.A. ASCHE Administrator AMENDMENT OF LEGAL PRACTITIONERS REGULATIONS EMPLOYMENT COUNTING TOWARDS UNRESTRICTED PRACTISING CERTIFICATE Regulation 2B of the Legal Practitioners Regulations is amended (a) by omitting "The Department of Law"; and (b) by omitting "The Northern Australian Aboriginal Legal Aid Service Inc." and substituting the following: "The Northern Australian Aboriginal Legal Aid Service inc. The Northern Territory Attorney-General's Department The Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission". * Notified in the Northern Territory Government Gazette on 10 July 1996.
