Darwin Rural Water Control District,
Palmerston Municipality,
Abstract
This report describes the results of a desktop assessment to estimate the level of use for each groundwater resource zone within the Darwin Rural Water Control District and the Palmerston Municipality. This supports investigations for a better understanding of the use of groundwater, in particular, the groundwater resource zones that do not have a current management plan. The data is intended to clarify the department's position in relation to water availability in 112 groundwater resource zones in the Darwin Rural Water Control District and Palmerston Municipal area. It does not include consideration of surface water resources in these areas.,
