History
Swan was in Darwin Harbour on 19 February 1942. She was secured next to the Neptuna and suffered a near miss causing extensive damage and killing 3 crew members. She was also part of the Pensacola convoy and the convoy led by the USS Houston which left Darwin Harbour for Koepang before turning back.,
