Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Amendment Regulations 2021 2 1 Title These Regulations may be cited as the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Amendment Regulations 2021. 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette. 3 Regulations amended These Regulations amend the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2014. 4 Regulation 6 replaced Regulation 6 repeal, insert 6 Exclusion from review For section 140(1A) of the Act, the following are excluded from review: (a) a decision of the Tribunal under section 196 or 197 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law; (b) a recommendation of the Tribunal in relation to the acquisition of land under Part IV, Division 2 of the Lands Acquisition Act 1978. 5 Repeal of Regulations These Regulations are repealed on the day after they commence.
